Dans cette partie nous présenterons notre appareil, produit de MPC. Il s’agit d’un analyseur électrochimique pour la surveillance en ligne. Il analyse automatiquement et en continu les additifs organiques pour assurer le contrôle de votre processus chimique. Le LineSmart ^®  8000  est notre dernier système CVS (Cyclic Voltametry Stripping). Cet appareil est conçu pour surveiller en permanence les additifs organiques de votre bain de galvanoplastie. Le LineSmart ^®  8000 est un équipement tout-en-un avec son système à trois électrodes, ses pompes, ses seringues autodosantes précises et sa valve. L’unité est entièrement contrôlée par PC et PLC, ce qui permet aux opérateurs de vérifier uniquement les résultats de l’analyse CVS. Il peut également être relié au PLC de la ligne et ainsi optimiser le réapprovisionnement des additifs. Cet instrument analyse automatiquement et en continu les additifs organiques ainsi que le cuivre, l’acide sulfurique et le chlorure directement depuis la ligne de placage.
